The Enterprise France role will be based in Paris and targeting selling to merchants in France. This will put you at the centre of the online and mobile commerce revolution. Our customers love our full-stack payments platform, mobile conversion expertise and world-class customer support. We are progressing strongly in our goal to be the “iOS of payments” by moving payments to the cloud and delivering high complexity and sophistication in a simplified package. We are quickly expanding our presence into Europe and France. Your role will initially be a Sales “hunter” role building strong relationships in France. You will sell our payment suite to upper mid-market and enterprise merchants. You will ideally have experience in the payments space (with a track record to prove it), as well as deep understanding and experience in e-commerce coupled with an unrivalled ability to go after and close targeted accounts. You will join an elite team that maintains an outbound pipeline for new revenue growth while leveraging Braintree’s solid reputation and solutions. As a high-level performer you will create genuine connections with some of the most impressive merchants and technology first fast growth companies in the world. Acquired by PayPal in 2013, Braintree is now in an even greater position to change the way people pay. Headquartered in Chicago, Braintree has offices in San Francisco, New York, Sydney, London and Paris, with employees stationed around the world.

What you’ll do:

  • Close targeted companies systematically in an efficient and tracked manner.
  • Help find and evangelize online and mobile payments to the next wave of high growth start-ups and existing merchants.
  • Forge happy client partnerships and do whatever it takes to make these partnerships successful.
  • Travel throughout France or wherever required to be the “face of Braintree,” creating relationships that last for years to come.
  • Work toward overachieving on a designated sales quota specific to your book of business.
  • Report to the Country manager - Braintree France, and execute according to the strategy/direction.

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 5-10 years of work experience as a proven hunter of new opportunities
  • A track record that shows us you’ve been at the top of your game and the top performer at your previous places of employment
  • A familiarity (and even obsession) with technology and the technology space
  • Strategic mind-set but execution always top of mind, with a fearless ambition
  • A “roll-up your sleeves” attitude, with an inner fire burning to change the payments space in Europe
  • Languages – fluent French & English mandatory
