We are currently seeking a Program Manager to drive significant programs within PayPal’s Consumer Product Portfolio. PMO Responsibilities will include all aspects of program management in alignment with PayPal’s Consumer Product strategy.
The right candidate will have a proven track record on applying large-scale program management methodology, has deep experience and understanding of technology, cross-functional team management, change management, customer focus and organizational dynamics. Previous experience managing projects in Agile Scrum environments is a MUST.

7-10 years of experience of technical program management experience in the ecommerce, mobile commerce or software industry
•Successful candidate must have a strong understanding and experience working with Agile methodology and can demonstrate a successful track record of delivering large, complex products
•Must have experience in both strategic and tactical planning
•Proven ability to develop effective cross-organization relationships, collaborating and communicating across business and technology stakeholders
•Proven ability to influence business and technology stakeholders
•Good understanding of Payments space
•Strong technical acumen, able to ensure that technical solutions, strategies, practices, and governance deliver business and customer value
•Deep knowledge of program management processes, tools and templates
•Able to communicate easily with stakeholders at various management levels
