EMEA Space & Capacity Planner must possess both tactical and strategic corporate space planning expertise. The position requires an individual with the ability to manage the complex space demands of internal customers, and effectively operate in a dynamic business environment. The individual must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be team-oriented and maintain a positive attitude while providing space planning support. Individual must be a self-starter demonstrating proactive/action oriented abilities.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with maintenance of accurate employee data and floor plan information in various databases
  • Develop space allocation plans, options and schematic plans to meet short and long term master space plans
  • Meet with internal departments to manage space requirements, reorganization updates, project move planning
  • Prepare presentations for Executive Staff review
  • Assist in planning  the employees’ individual and group moves and coordinate as necessary
  •  Evaluate space utilization for departments/areas and identify opportunities to maximize efficiency
  • Perform headcount/space allocation analyses and provide detailed reports of this for review
  • Assist with International/Remote office space planning support as needed
  • Prepare sketches of office plan amendments in AutoCad

Job Requirements:

  • Min. 5 years professional experience in Space Planning, Facilities Management or Interior Design/Architecture.
  • Able to communicate fluently in English.
  • Strong communication, written and oral presentation skills
  • Fun, energetic personality; motivated; team player
  • Experience with AutoCAD. Able to draw and edit drawings.
  • Experience and working knowledge of MicroSoft Office
