Join our PayPal team as E-Commerce Sales Intern to develop your strengths and enjoy your career with us.


Working as an E-Commerce Sales Intern, you will have the chance to support the Domestic Accelerate & Aspire (CEE) market from our Headquarter in Warsaw.

You will join our hard-working & fun-loving Merchant Services team which is responsible for acquisition and relationship management of the largest eCommerce businesses in the region.

We’re looking for someone with a passion for eCommerce, strong analytical acumen, attention to detail, commercial approach and excellent communication skills.


As an E-Commerce Sales Intern you can expect:

  • To receive meaningful responsibilities from day one. You will be in charge of deep-diving into the industry data to identify new opportunities, assess impact of sales and marketing initiatives,
  • To gain a deep understanding of local eCommerce markets and verticals across CEE and become a topic expert for the region,
  • To develop new sales toolkit, sales pipelines, and business models to prioritize initiatives and input into regional strategy,
  • To run independent projects and participate in larger ones within the team,
  • Paid 6-month internship (with 20% of working time given to complete your studies)


Ideally you will have:

  • Analytical mindset and comprehensive MS office knowledge (Excel, Power Point, Word)
  • Quantitative reasoning with the ability to draw conclusions from numbers / dashboards / reports
  • Project management skills and to ability to juggle multiple opportunities at once
  • At least one previous work experience
  • Fluent English as we are a global company! Knowledge of another European language would be nice to have
