We’re looking for a customer centric Quality leader who will work with global teams to make sure we are delivering high quality products for our customers. Works closely with the Product & Engineering leaders to lead Quality Operations for the Payment Services Business Enablement organization. This position will focus on the quality aspects of Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) and drives Incident Management, Issue Management & Quality metrics. This role partners with product & engineering teams on the pre & post-production quality aspects. Prior experience with Payments domain is desired.

Responsibilities include:

•       Define and enforce Quality best practices

•       Identify gaps and provide solutions in quality assessment processes 

•       Ensure team provides feature and regression sign-offs of product deliverables

•       Monitor quality metrics to ensure quick bug resolution meets defined SLAs

•       Lead automation framework design by collaborating, gathering ideas & requirements in order for the team to implement into concrete, organized, stable libraries and tests

•       Identify gaps and provide solutions to enhance existing frameworks, interfaces, and services which are maintainable and reusable

•       Influence, coach, and mentor direct reports

•       Work with product, design, project, and engineering teams to deliver products on schedule that solve our customers’ problems 

•       Lead Incident Management & Issue Management process

•       Quality review with leadership & stakeholder

•       Bring outside-in thinking in Quality to the organization. 

•       Work closely with leaders across the organization to develop goals and Objectives and Key Results for Quality aspects of Product Development Lifecycle

The ideal candidate has proven experience working closely with Product & Engineering teams, in a fast-paced environment; applying strong quality focus, including business acumen, customer empathy, and the ability to influence and partner. This person thrives in a dynamic, global, fluid, matrix environment and is results-focused. 

Job Requirements:

•       10+ years of Quality Assurance

•       5+ years of management experience in the field of Quality or Program management

•       Extensive experience in building high quality products for customers in collaboration with different teams within the organization

•       Demonstrated experience managing across a global organization and stakeholders.

•       Demonstrated understanding of Operational Excellence programs and processes, with experience driving them successfully within organizations.

•       Experience developing and implementing metrics to deliver desired business outcomes.

•       A leader who can be a change agent in a highly dynamic, fast-paced technology environment

•       A leader who drives for results and can effectively manage multiple priorities.

•       Leader with excellent communication skills, who can forge key internal/external relationships across complex organizations.

•       A leader who can drive through influence and collaboration.

•       A leader with a strong sense of urgency, a high degree of initiative, and the ability to lead and/or participate in cross-functional teams.

•       B.S. or equivalent degree in Computer Science
