Come join our customer-focused and innovative PayPal Consumer organization to lead the CORE Product team that drives the vision for our next generation of global person to person (P2P) payment experiences (PayPal mobile Apps & Web for consumers).

We are seeking the best product leaders who demonstrate strategic leadership, showcase a culture of excellence and have deep experience in building amazing products, with proven success in improving customers' lives. As the head of our CORE Product team, you have a high impact leadership role: you will drive the vision, strategy and execution of our P2P products and lead the teams that serve hundreds of millions of customers around the world. You will manage a small, fast moving and innovative team of product managers that is passionate about transforming peoples' financial lives. 


  • Build and lead a team of high performing product managers by attracting top talent and creating an environment where each team member excels
  • Develop breakthrough products to accelerate growth in our P2P offerings based on deep customer insights, a strong understanding of the future of global P2P payments and by leveraging the unique differentiators of PayPal’s ecosystem
  • Work hand in hand with other organizations (SMB, Merchant, Credit, Risk etc.) to build delightful end to end experiences and accentuate the value of all PayPal’s portfolios
  • Be a thought leader inside and outside the company on the topic of P2P and payments
  • Exhibit end-to-end ownership of P2P core experiences, from setting the strategy, crafting the product iteratively and launching across global markets
  • Run lean experiments to learn, and develop and evangelize a strong point of view on how to improve KPIs 
  • Own business outcomes and be responsible for hitting experience and revenue targets 

 Success in this role requires:

  • Inspiring all levels of the organization with your product vision and customer passion
  • Identifying new opportunities based on research, industry trends and best in-class product management and innovation practices
  • The ability to develop a data-driven point of view by leveraging customer/consumer science best practices
  • Quantifying the opportunities by continually assessing the needs of the customer, market trends, competitive opportunities and threats
  • Creating and managing global product roadmaps, prioritization, and constraints to ensure consistent execution of the product lifecycle process from concept to launch
  • Defining the product and customer experience with high quality business requirements and user stories while managing scope of each product launch
  • Helping the teams move forward swiftly through rigor, speed and transparency in decision-making and removing roadblocks, setting a consolidated vision, and collaborating with excellence across all functions
  • Deep understanding of social networks is highly desirable  


  • 5+ years of Product Management leadership experience in a top tech company 
  • A great eye for product and insist on world class delivery
  • Demonstrated success in creating innovative and user-friendly consumer products
  • Deep understanding of customer needs and turn that insight into a compelling vision to create solutions that solve important jobs for small businesses
  • Track record of recruiting and nurturing the very best talent and building high performance teams
  • Strong execution and ability to drive work to completion
  • BA/BS required (does not need to be Computer Science degree, but you must be comfortable going deep on critical technology discussions
