Lead a team of data product managers and analysts. As a data & analytics leader, candidate will analyze, target, present and evangelize new opportunities and identify blindspots to increase operational efficiency, negotiate with the most senior executives on priorities and be passionate about improving the customer experience.

As the Director, Product Data & Analytics in the Customer Success and Insights organization, you will lead a team of data product managers and analysts. As a data & analytics leader, you will analyze, target, present and evangelize new opportunities and identify blindspots to increase operational efficiency, negotiate with the most senior executives on priorities and be passionate about improving the customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Create actionable, insights driven data products for a variety for strategic business initiatives, stakeholder goals, and user needs.
  • Identify and prioritize key issues and opportunities for innovation.
  • Audit data sets, visualizations, dashboards, and tools end-to-end.
  • Implement a business-centric design methodology, focusing on goal definition, design exploration, and idea refinement.
  • Communicate how users will interact with our data products through multi-step user flows, designs, and prototypes.
  • Foster design thinking within the partnerships analytics organization, through workshops, design sprints, and ideation exercises.

Minimum Qualification

  • Experience communicating with a variety of audiences

  • Experience prioritizing among demands Preferred Qualification

  • Experience in scripting with SQL, extracting large sets of data, and design of ETL flows

  • Experience in Product Design with a focus on Analytics, and telling a story with Data

  • Deep interest and aptitude in data, metrics, analysis and trends and applied knowledge of measurement, statistics and program evaluation.

  • Distinctive problem solving skills and impeccable business judgment

  • Desire to untangle complex, subtle problems

  • 8 years of relevant experience in an analytical function.

  • 3+ years of work experience, with experience in end-to-end product management, systems product design, and/or data analysis

  • 2+ years of experience working with enterprise analysis tools

  • 1+ years of experience building data reporting

  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships across multiple cross-functional teams

  • Experience with SQL (Oracle, Vertica, Hive, etc.)

Preferred Qualification

  • Familiar with end-to-end product management, systems product design, and/or data analysis
