Come join our deeply customer-focused and innovative PayPal Consumers organization to lead the Mobile and Web Platform Product Management team that drives the vision for the next generation of our consumer app and website. We are seeking the best-of-the-best product leaders who demonstrate strategic leadership, showcase a culture of excellence and have deep experience in building amazing products, with proven success in improving customers' lives! This is a very high impact, strategic leadership role. As the head of Mobile and Web product team, you will drive the vision, strategy and execution of our app and web platforms, as well as evolve the ‘home’ experiences to take us into the future, and lead the teams that serve hundreds of millions of customers globally. You will manage a mighty and fast moving, innovative PM team that is passionate about transforming peoples' financial lives.


  • Lead a team of platform and experience product managers, build a high performing team, attract top talent and create an environment where each team member does the best work of their lives.
  • Develop breakthrough products to accelerate growth around the world based on deep customer insights, a strong understanding of where the industry is headed and the unique differentiators of PayPal ecosystem
  • Accelerate velocity of the team’s execution by identifying points of leverage and unblocking top dependencies
  • Work hand in hand with all other offerings across the ecosystem (SMB, merchant, Credit, Risk … ) to build delightful end to end experiences and accentuate the value of PayPal ecosystem
  • Partner cross-functionally (with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams / leaders) and develop strong relationships that will allow you to work more efficiently and to deliver business results while communicating and influencing effectively
  • Be a thought leader inside and outside the company on the topic of building platforms that scale
  • Have end-to-end ownership of the app and web experiences, from setting the strategy, delivering the product, and bringing it to market
  • Run lean experiments to learn and develop & evangelize a strong point of view on how to improve PayPal KPIs 
  • Own business outcomes and will be responsible for hitting experience and revenue targets by improving and re-imaging the experience for new customers.

Success in this role requires:

  • Having deep understanding of mobile platforms is a must, with an understanding and background of building apps that scale across the globe
  • Experience around building apps and websites with scalable information architecture, with an understanding of iOS and Android platforms and UI components
  • Building and running a world class Product organization 
  • Inspiring all levels of the organization with your product vision and customer passion
  • Identifying new opportunities based on research, industry trends and best practices and driving innovation
  • Quantifying the opportunities by continually assessing the needs of the customer, market trends, competitive opportunities and threats
  • Creating and managing global product roadmaps, prioritization, and constraints to ensure consistent execution of the product lifecycle process from concept to launch
  • Defining the product and customer experience with high quality business requirements and user stories and manage scope of each product launch to deliver on time and on budget
  • Leading and developing a team of Product Managers, setting a consolidated vision, and collaboration with excellence across all functions
  • Helping the teams move forward swiftly through rigor, speed and transparency in decision-making and removing roadblocks

  • You have more than five+ years of Product Management leadership experience in a top tech company 
  • You have a great eye for product, and you refuse to deliver anything less than world-class. 
  • You have demonstrated success in creating innovative and user-friendly consumer products
  • You have a passion to seek a deep understanding of customer needs and turn that insight into a compelling vision and drivers to create solutions that solve important jobs for small businesses
  • You have a track record of recruiting and nurturing the very best talent and building high performance teams
  • You have strong execution and ability to drive work to completion
  • Prior platform experience is a must, with an understanding of SDKs, APIs and building products that scale
  • BA/BS required. Technical background is preferred, and you’ve got to be comfortable going deep on critical technology discussions
