The PMM team is setup to enable product commercial success by driving and supporting end to end solutions customer love in partnership with Segment, Global Product and Sales teams. The PMM International Merchant role based out of Singapore is one of the key positions within this team. The person in this role will act as a champion for merchant customer needs in international markets, with higher focus on LEs but given the team size and needs, also supporting other merchant segments as per demand and capacity. The person in this role will help bring products to market successfully by evangelizing the right value propositions along with the different go to market teams.

The PMM team is setup to enable product commercial success by driving and supporting end to end solutions customer love in partnership with Segment, Global Product and Sales teams. The PMM International Merchant role based out of Singapore is one of the key positions within this team. The person in this role will act as a champion for merchant customer needs in international markets, with higher focus on LEs but given the team size and needs, also supporting other merchant segments as per demand and capacity. The person in this role will help bring products to market successfully by evangelizing the right value propositions along with the different go to market teams.

One unique aspect of the role is given you will frequently interact with various Country BU / Sales reps that are interested in the holistic picture for merchants that is not siloed; you have the opportunity to have an impact across merchant segments while having a special focus on LEs.

The PMM will connect the dots between product and commercial teams to ensure product market fit and to take features and products to markets. We are looking for a senior person, who has the gravitas and skills to influence and leverage cross functional teams. You should be able to work with little supervision and be passionate about bringing to life great experiences for our customers. You should have the ability to straddle strategy and tactical needs effectively to support smart business decisions.


The PMM strongly influences the success of our products by serving as the connection point between a primary segment of our customers and our global product and engineering team. The PMM deeply understands a segment of our customers, the drivers of their financial behaviour, their processes, and the whole product solution that will deliver market leading customer satisfaction.
 

From an inbound perspective, the PMM continually defines the most important customer needs and opportunities that will best help a segment of our customers. PMM’s actively interact with customers to deeply understand their financial needs as well as any unique country, regulatory, and currency requirements. They also help answer priority customer questions and requests, providing deep expertise about our products and how they are best used, appropriately handing off issues and bugs to the global product and support teams. PMM frequently collaborate with their PMM and product management (PM) peers across the globe to distill the set of needs across all countries and regions into an overall set of globally prioritized needs and opportunities for a customer segment.

From an outbound perspective, PMM leads the in-market activities to ensure successful product launch and where no go-to-market (GTM) team is in support also leads the product GTM, activities. Guided by the strategic direction of the Markets and Segment Leaders, the PMM works with Marketing and other functions to design and execute programs that educate our customers and drive demand and sales.
