We are seeking a seasoned HR Director to serve as a strategic business partner to our growth marketing & data science organizations. This role will have global client responsibility in multiple geographic locations and will partner with aligned HR functional leads and the broader HR team on planning and delivering a robust talent plan that delivers best in class HR programs and services to the business. The successful candidate will partner across a broad spectrum of HR disciplines including Talent & Development, Total Rewards, Diversity & Inclusion Talent Acquisition, and Employee Relations to enable business outcomes through the execution of our global HR and local site-level priorities. Reporting to the VP, Human Resources, the HR Business Partner will work closely with business leaders of the growth marketing & data science organizations to drive business outcomes and strong employee engagement through the development and execution of aligned talent strategies. The successful candidate will partner with global business leaders to define & develop business objectives and talent enablers necessary to deliver business results. The role is accountable for leading programs at scale, from need identification to implementation, considering the unique needs of our internal customers and in close partnership with the Human Resources Centers of Excellence (COEs) and site-based HR Business Partners. Responsibilities will be broad: leadership consulting on HR matters, people manager coaching & development, performance and talent management, organizational realignment and workforce planning, HR program development and/or rollout for a functional group or team. This individual will also be responsible for helping to strengthen the senior leadership team of each function by providing coaching and counsel to senior leaders to further develop their leadership capability and capacity.

  • Ability to synthesize and effectively communicate complex situations into a digestible format for the business leaders and their teams

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of HR business partner experience in roles of progressively increasing scope and in matrixed, high-growth, global organizations
  • Experience in a high profile, strategic HR role with strong executive-level interface and a high degree of executive influence
  • Significant depth in organizational design & learning, people manager development and coaching, facilitation, and employee relations is desired
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience is required, with preference for an advanced degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
