Director of Enterprise Marketing Europe and Australia (m/f)

The Role

As the Director of Enterprise Marketing Europe and AU, you will be responsible for European and Australian marketing across PayPal’s Enterprise segment. You will lead a team of country marketers to drive marketing strategy and operational execution in alignment with Sales, and Product and will own PayPal’s Enterprise portfolio marketing performance across Europe and Australia.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving PayPal’s European Enterprise market positioning, preference, and marketing pipeline/revenue performance. Build marketing programs that target key enterprise accounts, drive strong value propositions, and position PayPal as a payments and commerce thought leader for Enterprises in Europe and Australia.
  • Think and act both strategically and tactically - from the market level strategies to creation of plans, to the execution, and analysis of business impact.
  • Drive strategy, planning and performance reporting with Europe sales leadership, executive staff and other senior leaders across PayPal.​ Work with our partners in sales, product, customer success, comms, and analytics to track the effectiveness of our campaigns in a timely manner.
  • Partner with sales leaders to prioritize support of existing merchant portfolio and support of new business pipeline
  • Move quickly to advance from idea to action. Candidates must have a proven track record of execution and measured impact, and an ability to execute in a matrix environment. Demonstrated ability to define clear, measurable strategies and follow-through to implementation and measurement. ​

Requirements

  • Solid Marketing experience in Enterprise B2B, preferably within Europe
  • Experience leading and managing Marketing teams
  • Outstanding people leader and manager – passionate about building culture
  • High commercial and financial acumen
