As a member of the sales enablement team, the sales enablement design director determines the enablement strategy and program design focused on partner, developer and customer success. The design director evaluates needs, requirements, gaps, and learning challenge to fuel the plan and program for the overall learning journey and content strategy. Working closely across teams and managing multiple stakeholders globally, the director is an excellent communicator, project manager and strong collaborator. The Director is able to look for leverage to drive speed and consistency. The Director is responsible for engaging with sales, sales ops, product marketing/GTM and other advisors across marketing and sales enablement to help define, conceptualize and develop an effective enablement program which includes training, content, rollout, measures of success, etc.. The successful candidate will be a proactive leader and project manager with proven domain expertise, and possess the ability to work independently – from identifying gaps in enablement to developing new tools and optimizing process across teams. Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to orchestrate many moving parts under an aggressive schedule are a must.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership to determine skill assessment to fuel curriculum and learning journeys
  • Develop an enablement program that includes learning and content “fit for purpose” that enables partner, developer and CSM teamwork effectiveness and efficiency
  • Manage and monitor projects across teams to ensure delivery of consistent deliverables that are on brand, on time and within budget. Communicating goals and expectations to appropriate internal stakeholders and vendors.
  • Initiate, propose and execute ideas for maximizing re-use of content across all channels 
  • Be able to deliver training or work with trainers to support program rollout
  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams, fostering a can-do customer service ethic; coordinate across departmental boundaries to solve problems and quickly resolve execution roadblocks 
  • Provide reporting on the effectiveness of specific enablement programs . 


  • Minimum of 10 years experience in technical service delivery discipline
  • Bachelor’s degree  
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills
