In this role, you will contribute to the overall maturity and evolution of pricing within PayPal. As a Senior Director, Global Pricing Enablement and Operations, you will be responsible for creating the conditions for successful execution of pricing related initiatives as well as building strength and operational efficiency within the pricing operations function; partner with Pricing Strategy and Product, Sales, Marketing and all Corporate Functions to deploy global and local pricing related initiatives; partner with Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Sales Enablement, PMM among other functions to ensure pricing related initiatives full scalability in each market; be the key liaison of the pricing team with the Pricing Platform team to ensure pricing capabilities roadmap progresses according to the plan.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Drive and manage pricing projects globally working with a cross functional group
  • Participate in project meetings providing Pricing expertise to refine requirements
  • Work closely with Pricing Product team to track delivery of pricing releases
  • Develop procedure documentation & training (when needed) on new features
  • Execute new Pricing configuration in the pricing engine once the code is complete
  • Support Production testing of new Pricing changes
  • Train Regional Sales Ops on new pricing features & releases
  • Second tier escalation support to triage customer pricing disputes
  • Lead a team of highly impactful pricing experts that can evolve pricing enablement and operations
  • Build consensus among cross-functional and regional teams and influence decision making within senior-level audiences

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to quickly learn and ramp up in new subject matters to drive relevancy to stakeholder interactions
  • Strong team player who regularly volunteers to assist partners, take on additional responsibilities, and assist co-workers
  • Previous financial services industry experience is a plus
