The Product Management & Marketing (PMM) team is setup to drive product commercial success in partnership with Segment, Global Product and Sales teams. This role is one of the key positions within this team responsible for articulating the market trends and needs for LEs as well as a broader focus across all segments in India. The candidate will connect the dots between product and commercial teams to ensure product market fit and to take features and products to markets. We are looking for a senior person, comfortable with working though influence as an individual contributor who can work with little supervision, cross functionally and is passionate about bringing to life great experiences for our customers.

The PMM strongly influences the success of our products by serving as the connection point between a primary segment of our customers and our global product and engineering team. The PMM deeply understands a segment of our customers, the drivers of their financial behaviour, their processes, and the whole product solution that will deliver market leading customer satisfaction.

From an inbound perspective, the PMM continually defines the most important customer needs and opportunities that will best help a segment of our customers. PMM’s actively interact with customers to deeply understand their financial needs as well as any unique country, regulatory, and currency requirements. They also help answer priority customer questions and requests, providing deep expertise about our products and how they are best used, appropriately handing off issues and bugs to the global product and support teams. PMM frequently collaborate with their PMM and product management (PM) peers across the globe to distill the set of needs across all countries and regions into an overall set of globally prioritized needs and opportunities for a customer segment.

From an outbound perspective, PMM leads the in-market activities to ensure successful product launch and where no go-to-market (GTM) team is in support also leads the product GTM, activities. Guided by the strategic direction of the Markets and Segment Leaders, the PMM works with Marketing and other functions to design and execute programs that educate our customers and drive demand and sales.
