We are looking for an exceptional leader to drive global new user acquisition across social channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and LinkedIn. • We would like someone who has hands on experience and massive expertise within the Facebook Ads platform console in drafting media and marketing plan strategies and executing on them. Can speak confidently to all metrics within facebook and can guide the team on best practices within the console. Expert at the platform. • We would like someone who’s experienced within the Facebook platform on executing media plans with a focus on achieving CPA (Cost per Acquisition) targets. • Experience with Instagram/Linked is a plus but not necessary.

  • A keen and analytical mind is a must for this high-pressure and fast-paced environment, evaluating programs with objectivity and intellectual honesty
  • Provide the team with deep visibility into program results, clear business conclusions and recommendations
  • As a key part of the Marketing Team, a willingness to collaborate and consider alternative POVs is essential.   
  • Manage the global Facebook paid acquisition strategy and execution
  • Lead on innovation in acquisition tactics, reporting up-to-date business insights, delivering results and meeting or exceed budget expectations
  • Lead the detailed media planning budget and execution, working closely with our media and creative agencies
  • Oversee the execution of campaigns from start to finish
  • Work closely with Xoom Territory Managers in San Francisco, Europe, as well as with PayPal Global Shared Resource teams based in San Jose and New York
  • Earn the confidence of leadership by demonstrating success in the plans you deploy and articulation of your analysis and forecasting
  • Experience with LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram is a plus


  •  5 years of proven experience acquiring new users on Facebook
  •  Financial Services or Subscription Model experience preferred
  •  Experience & competence with all MS Office programs, especially Excel
  •  Comfortable being challenged
  •  Team player willing to take direction
  •  Organized and disciplined
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication
  •  A global citizen possessing strong culture acumen
  • Bachelor Degree in Business and or Marketing
