The Business Financing Solutions Marketing Team requires a Digital Designer to concept and execute innovative visual creative for digital acquisition channels.

The day to day job involves designing compelling direct response creative in a complex, fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ideal candidates have the experience and skills of an industry-leading digital graphic designer with a solid understanding of display advertising, user experience, and marketing strategy. As a design professional, you’ll help develop creative strategies and participate in conceptual development through a variety of marketing collateral pieces. The ideal candidate for this role is flexible, meticulous and has a knack for transforming concepts into cutting-edge visuals.

Specific Responsibilites

  • Support the Creative Development Team in designing direct response assets for Social Media (video/static/animation), display and paid media, email, landing pages and direct mail.
  • Maintain creative asset catalog for digital channels.
  • Create omni-channel campaign pitch presentations.
  • Assist the Design Manager in optimizing creative for specific channel needs.
  • Create templates that can be leveraged across multiple campaigns and channels to drive efficiencies.
  • Stay abreast of new media and digital trends, and present relevant information to Creative Development team and leadership when applicable.  

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the role of Graphic Designer, preferably in B2B, financial or tech industries
  • Degree in Graphic Design or commensurate experience
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Animate CC.
  • Portfolio of digital design work showcasing skills in animated, static and video design
  • Experience in responsive paid display creative, with adequate understanding of HTML5/Adobe Animate CC
  • Creative, strategic and analytical with an eye for design
  • Savvy and curious explorer of tools and technology
  • Able to work to a brief, solve problems creatively and adapt their style if needed
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work to deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • A good understanding of B2B, financial and tech industries is an advantage.
  • Video production and editing (Adobe Premiere Pro)
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
