PayPal is looking for an experienced Deal Desk Coordinator to help manage the end-to-end execution of complex deals and streamlined approval processes. The position offers the opportunity to join a team focused on designing and executing process improvement initiatives that align sales efforts to global strategies.

The Deal Desk Coordinator will drive revenue by working cross-functionally between sales, pricing, legal, finance, and underwriting in an effort to shorten the cycle time for our sales team.

  • Serve as a strategic business partner to the sales organization and support functions to facilitate complex deal approvals
  • Serve as a coordination point across internal stakeholders to identify friction points within sales processes and accelerate deal velocity and cycle time
  • Optimize and manage a continuous deal pipeline by ensuring sales and sales support follows deal desk guidelines
  • Manage and align goals across sales and sales support and facilitated review processes
  • Create and continuously update Deal Desk process documentation and actively drive governance
  • Identify and track process improvement opportunities in order to build a priority list of high impact solutions across the sales org
