We are looking for sales experts for our office in Berlin – Wilmersdorf.

This is a great opportunity for sales professionals who wish to become part of a successful team in an exciting and dynamic work environment. The Telesales Executive within the German Merchant Services team is responsible for the acquisition and the upsell of new customers and businesses across a broad range of e-commerce sectors.

Core skills, qualifications and competencies:


  • Experience in telephone acquisition, target group small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
  • Ability to reach quarterly sales targets and to produce reliable forecasts
  • Experience in the acquisition of new customers as well as in cross-selling and upselling
  • Monitoring sales pipelines and working independently on the acquisition of new business
  • You are familiar with the entire process of customer acquisition – from onboarding to actions for customer loyalty


  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Remain flexible and adaptable in your sales pitch
  • Ability to work and implement processes independently while making sound business decisions based on research
  • Efficient multitasking in a target-driven work environment
  • Well-developed analytical skills

IT expertise

  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies
  • Strong working knowledge of external systems (Internet, Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)


  • 12+ months experience in sales or telemarketing within the context of online financial services, e-commerce or IT services
  • Traceable track record of the achievement of sales targets in an SME environment
  • Fluency in spoken and written German is required
  • Very good English skills for internal communication with other departments
