This role will be responsible to support and execute against the integrated demand generation strategy for PayPal's merchant business. The ultimate objective of this role is to generate customer demand and deliver quality leads to support the SMB sales team across APAC in exceeding their revenue goals.

The successful candidate will play an integral role in driving the APAC sales team success. This role will report to the Head of Demand Generation, APAC, and will work closely with internal stakeholders, industry partners, 3rd party agencies to support the Go-to-market strategy for key APAC markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the APAC merchant business to understand market landscape and develop database marketing plan to support sales team requirements
  • To be part of an extended Global team, become the subject matter expert in relation to database and predictive modeling tools and processes
  • Analyze and manage the lead database on a regular basis to accurately forecast and continuously improve data quality in order to maximize the lead conversion performance
  • Identify and drive partnerships with industry players to generate leads and referrals for PayPal
  • Work with 3rd party vendors to acquire quality lead data to enrich the existing lead database
  • Track, monitor and report on database status and regular update with the leadership team to provide analytics and insights to support business decisions
  • Collaborate and synergize with cross function /regional and global teams to implement best practice

Experience and qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of Demand Generation and Marketing experience
  • 3 years of experience with database marketing and predictive modeling tools
  • Analytical skills and competencies in Excel
  • APAC market knowledge and experience
  • Self-started, ability to own and execute against defined strategy
  • Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in eCommerce, technology in a fast pace environment
  • Experience in social selling and digital marketing
  • Ability to travel
