As part of the Decision & Analytics Management team, the team identifies the opportunities that could improve the users’ experience when they seek help from PayPal, based on data driven analysis; and work with other teams to provide the solution and then turn the idea into reality. We are looking for a senior data analyst with passion in payment industry and providing data-driven solution for better customer experience.

  • Provide data support for risk solution building and decision analytics. Influence data instrumentation based on business requirement understanding. Build data solution to drive effective analytics and enhance customer service.
  • Build Operation work force business insight to monitor work force performance and service level. Help identify work force issues and drive solution based on detailed domain knowledge and end-to-end data support.
  • Proactively identifies, investigates, and resolves data issues and problems. Skilled in identifying root causes and recommends solution to avoid repeat of problems
  •  Build routing strategy to optimize routing efficiency to improve customer service experience and reduce routing transfers and achieve optimal resource arrangement
