Data Insights Leader to drive business performance in CS EMEA

A typical day for the Data Insights Leader will include:

  • Key player within the EMEA Customer Solutions Leadership team. 
  • Becoming a trusted and credible partner to leadership and effectively interact, influence, negotiate, and build strong relationships with various levels throughout the organization, including senior management.
  • Collaborating with CS leadership team to establish strategic plans, objectives and initiatives across the region
  • Leading and drive key strategic initiatives  
  • Working with and proactively engage with Global stakeholders to gather insights and data which will be key to exploring opportunities for the EMEA region
  • Collaborating with the EMEA CS Leaders to understand business trends and opportunities as well as areas of concern
  • Evaluating the customer experience and identifying key business opportunities for improvement. Ground recommendations with insights and significant data/analytics. Identify resources available to best investigate and address key issues.
  • Organizing and manipulating raw and/or disparate data to generate comprehensive key findings.

  • have a BS/BA degree or equivalent.
  • have 15+ years related experience
