1. Lead workflow development with expertise in PEGA PRPC
2. Understand the product requirement, big picture and drive the team to deliver the product in agreed effort & schedule
3. Provide thought leadership to the team, particularly and help in bringing agility to the process in implementing business flows.
4. Translate business needs into technology solutions and roadmaps based on deep understanding of the business needs and technical inventory.
5. Drives or understands technical designs to consensus and approval as a leader within PayPal’s cross-functional technology team so that the Designs and proposed solutions are scalable that can be extended and reused for future requirements.
6. Leads, collaborates and communicates well with the development teams across the globe.
7. Provide regular high-level communications to the executive staff and detailed communications to company-wide stakeholders
8. Deliver high quality applications within aggressive timelines, with little or no guidance
9. Proactively engage with other members and cross-functional teams to ensure all open issues are identified & resolved.
10. Increase overall code, product quality in the organization

1.10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 6 years of designing and delivering enterprise applications

 2. Clear understanding and practical experience with different development methodologies and Integration technologies.

3.Must exhibit strong leadership and exceptional technical skills

4. Must be passionate about providing world-class solutions for millions of customers across the world.

5. Must possess a track record of innovation and execution in a high-pressure environment

6. Make timely, high-quality decisions, based on limited information Proficient using industry standards and technical expertise to establish best practices and strategic technical solutions.

 7. Well versed in software engineering methodologies of Agile, and a deep understanding of Software Architecture/Design Patterns

8. Well versed in  PEGA PRPC & other Frameworks.

9.Deep analytical skills.

10.Should have global development exposure and willing to work in a global setup

11. Should be highly proficient in communication.

12. Work experience in all phases of systems development lifecycle - requirements, development, testing, deployment & providing live support;

13. Will be responsible for design, develop and support products throughout all phases of the life cycle;

14. Must demonstrate a sense of urgency and ownership to drive projects to completion and be successful in a collaborative environment.

 15.Should have experience working with teams in rapid delivery environments

16.Ability to self-organize and work effectively with minimal supervision.

17. Solid understanding of web technology, browsers, user interface issues and quality assurance.

18. Ability to think “outside the box” and contribute to the improvement of internal processes. 

19. Ability to adapt to changing business priorities.

20.Must be able to present results, and challenges to our Leadership Team, as well as answer tough questions gracefully.

21. Ability to thrive under pressure and function effectively in an ever changing environment.
