Salesforce administrator

The Technology Department includes about 50 professionals who support PayPal Business Financing Solutions through our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Data Analytics platform, Network Infrastructure, Websites, Webservices, and various system integrations.  The position is based at our Company's office in Conshohocken, PA


  • Be part of an empowered team following agile methodologies.
  • Maintain users, profiles, layouts, schemas, validation rules, and flows based on defined business requirements and functional specifications.
  • Assist Sales, Marketing, and Credit organizations with automated nurture streams and customer communication.
  • Assist with resolution of tier one and two CRM Helpdesk tickets.
  • Follow best practices for designing, building, testing and deploying high-performance, user-oriented, Salesforce applications.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Experience on Sales and Marketing (Pardot) Clouds.
  • Experience with both Classic and Lightning UI
  • Strong knowledge of user accounts, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
  • Experience creating workflows or using process builder.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce standard/custom object structure and data relationship model.
  • Solid understanding of validation rules and how they affect unit tests.
  • Solid understanding of approval processes, CPQ a plus.
  • Experience with Managed Packages including but not limited to Conga, DocuSign, and Five9 is a plus.
  • Experience in an Agile test-driven software development environment.
  • Knowledge of Jira and Confluence a plus.
  • Excellent problem solving, time management and interpersonal skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

Education and experience requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree with major or minor in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or a related field.
  • At least 2-5 years of administration experience on a SFDC platform.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201)
