The fintech ecosystem is undergoing change at an unprecedented rate. We are looking for a Sr. Manager to join PayPal's Corporate Strategy team and drive strategy development, execution and thought leadership in high priority areas of the business.

Strategy development: Lead/support the development of PayPal’s strategy on high visibility initiatives, and long-term strategic priorities in key ecosystem areas

Strategic execution: Drive related strategic projects into the execution phase, partnering with teams across the organization

Thought leadership: Advise our C-suite through “research” type engagements to develop and articulate a point of view on market signals and potential ecosystem game-changers


Required Skills:

  • 4-5 years post MBA
  • World class strategic and analytical thinking including excellent ability to flex between big picture thinking, understand and distill complex ideas and analyze data to drive strategic objectives and priorities
  • Superior communications (verbal, written, PowerPoint) and analysis skills (Excel)
  • Leadership experience in complex global organizations and cross functional teams, and a track record of delivering tangible results, both directly and by influence
  • Appetite to learn and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Top strategy consulting (e.g. BCG, McKinsey or Bain) or top corporate strategy experience a must
  • Industry expertise in payments and / or technology preferred
  • Fast-track career development
