As an events and experiences manager, you’ll have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams across the org to develop marketing and content strategy for the large enterprise customer-facing events and sponsorships as well as corporate events.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the core Enterprise marketing team and stakeholders in Sales, Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, and Comms among others to develop and execute corporate sales events, both internal and external.
  • Contribute to a diverse range of projects, including webinars, sponsorship events and opportunities.
  • Inform creative strategy, coordinate agency production and execution of events, sponsorships and experiences.
  • Liaise with technical subject matter experts to better understand our offering and craft messaging
  • Develop and track calendars Enterprise events, digital and in-person (when permitted)
  • Keep management and executive leadership informed by preparing developing compelling presentations

  • Events, webinars, and sponsorship execution experience

  • Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in Marketing or equivalent education
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field strongly preferred
  • Experience in event management, production and managing agencies
  • Payments, Fintech or Tech Marketing background preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Key offices are in San Jose, San Francisco, Chicago and New York; remote candidates may also apply
