Job Description Summary The Consumer Risk Services Agent will be single-skilled in either fraud, appeals, or spoof claims. The CRS Agent will be required to work cases from pre-determined queues to determine if recent account activity is of a fraudulent or risky nature. They will complete this by looking at a variety of risk indicators, account activity and other resources such as customer documents to make a strong decision on behalf of our company.

Job Description

Core Duties: 
- Work cases as delivered (e.g., limit/dismiss accounts) or process spoof claims for customers, or grant/deny customer appeals. 
- Analyze account activity and make an informed decision whether to allow the activity or prevent it. 
- Contact account holders to educate and mitigate losses. 

- Continually monitor cases, identify trends and take action. Escalate to Senior Specialists if support is needed. 
- Meet minimum performance targets in queues as assigned. 
- Meet behavior and values expectations. 

Core Requirements: 
- Basic skills in core CRS Ops tools & systems including PDA, Argus, Compass, Admin & Attack. 
- Effective time management skills to be able to work in a blended environment (cases, calls, e-mails). 
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to create amazing customer experiences. 
- Basic abilities in analyzing data to make discretionary decisions based on research. 
- Basic change management skills to learn and adapt to new tools, processes, policies and procedures. 
- Strong working knowledge of PC based internet and software applications. 

- Demonstrates behaviors and values (Innovation, Inclusion, Wellness, and Collaboration). 
- Recognized as competent in at least one CRS discipline. 
- Learns continuously; seek out knowledge, ideas and feedback. 

Minimum Requirements: 
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 
- 2+ years relevant work experience required
