As a member of the Consumer Planning Team you will play a pivotal role in aiding in the creation of the consumer content calendar and ensuring our marketing plans seamlessly flow from creation, to program development, to execution. This role will serve as a key bridge to our Segment Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, & Partnership teams, building close relationships with the teams. You will help ensure our overarching Consumer plans fully reflect the marketing plans & programs being built across the team

Our team - the Consumer Planning Team is responsible for the creation and communication of an end to end  Consumer Marketing Plan, the 12 month rolling calendar, and a customer contact strategy that aligns to the Consumer Segment Strategy and integrates product plans and priorities, partnership activations, and cultural, seasonal, and shopping moments to deliver always on content, performance marketing, and brand moments that differentiate our brand, create demand for our products, engage our prospects and customers and build competitive advantage for our Platform in each of our Core Markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation of the Consumer Content Calendar
  • Partner with Segment Owners, Partnership Marketing, & Integrated Marketing Teams to ensure all individual marketing plans are built into our overarching Consumer Marketing plan
  • Aide in the briefing process between Segment Owners/Partnership Marketing & the Lifecycle Marketing team.
  • Help to facilitate the sharing of marketing program plans from the Lifecycle Marketing Team back to relevant stakeholders across the business.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure our channel calendars fully capture all programs & deliver on our content plans

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in best-in-class consumer or financial services brands
  • Experience collaborating within a dynamic and matrixed organizations 
  • Proven strategic experience coordinating & delivering impactful marketing solutions 
  • Thrive in a self-starter, fast-paced and changing environment 
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, and able to flex as needed
  • Experience working with & presenting to partners within the marketing department 
  • Degree in Marketing, Strategy, or related field. MBA a plus.
