This role will serve as a key bridge from Consumer Marketing to our Analytics & Research teams and act as our primary point of contact within Consumer Marketing for all things budget. You will also help organize the group for executive reviews & help create materials as/where needed to support. 

Our team - the Consumer Planning Team - is responsible for the creation and communication of an end to end Consumer Marketing Plan, the 12 month rolling calendar, and a customer contact strategy that aligns to the Consumer Segment Strategy and integrates product plans and priorities, partnership activations, and cultural, seasonal, and shopping moments to deliver always on content, performance marketing, and brand moments that differentiate our brand, create demand for our products, engage our prospects and customers and build competitive advantage for our Platform in each of our Core Markets.

As a member of the team you will play a pivotal role by helping lead workstreams with stakeholders around analytics, performance, & reporting.


  • Aggregate Analytics Dashboards and Market Research Tracking at a Program level into Country and Core Consumer Views
  • Drive cadence of consumer end to end performance reviews with stakeholders (Product, Sales, GMLT and SLT) 
  • Provide oversight on total consumer budget and drive compliance with budget process with consumer squad leads. 
  • Partner with Finance Ops to deliver reports on overall Consumer Budget. Identify risks and opportunities for optimization of spend across the portfolio.
  • Supports executive reporting requirements for SLT cycles and Ops Reviews.
  • Champion our Customer: Translate consumer needs to relevance within your scope of work & infuse ‘customer impact’ into decision making


  • 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in best-in-class consumer or financial services brands
  • Experience collaborating within dynamic and matrixed organizations 
  • Proven strategic experience designing and delivering impactful marketing solutions 
  • Thrive in a self-starter, fast-paced and changing environment 
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, and able to flex as needed
  • Experience presenting to senior leadership and excellent presenting skills 
  • Degree in Marketing, Strategy, or related field. MBA a plus.
