Consumer Engagement Marketing Segment lead, Core Markets - Digital Natives

The Consumer Engagement Marketing Segment Lead is responsible for leading the development, execution and optimization of a full set of Consumer Engagement Programs for the Digital Native segment across our highest value and most developed markets including the USA, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Canada and Australia. 

This role, reporting to the Head of Consumer Engagement for Core Markets, will develop deep insight into our Digital Native customers, using this insight and customer analytics to develop and optimize programs to drive adoption, engagement and retention within this key consumer segment for PayPal’s future growth. 

They will work collaboratively with the Creative Lab, Growth Lab, and the team of Marketers across these geographies to execute brilliantly in-market and to deliver ambitious growth goals. 

Success will be defined by the delivery of customer outcomes including growing the customer value and retention of our Digital Native customers and in growing brand esteem, momentum, and differentiation so that PayPal is positioned as a beloved world-changing brand for the next generation of digital consumers.
