This role will coordinate the delivery, establishment and sustaining carrier services, in line with Engineering specifications - supporting Corporate and Site ( carrier fleets.

•Delivery of new service orders for Global voice and data networking 

  • Global Procurement

  • Location Specific Procurement Process and Contact tracking
  • Telecom Expense Management (TEM) process support

• Coordinate Contract Terms and Commitment:

  • Hand off and validation with Corporate Legal
  • Perform rate negotiations in line with Global Procurement
  • Track commitment level / MARC attainment and subsequent credits
  • Vendor/Partner Account Stewardship
  • Carrier Services Administration
    • Inventory tracking
    • Content maintenance
    • Reporting
    • Delivery management
    • Billing and chargebacks
  • Merger Acquisition/WPR Engagement
    • Develop/Maintain Playbook
    • WPR Partnership on New M&A
    • GET Ops Carrier Services Coordination
    • Engagement on carrier/network deliverables/service handoff

    • Contract Initiatives – Global Procurement and Legal coordination
    • New Vendor Support/Onboarding
    • New Carrier Services Delivery/tracking
    • Carrier MACD coordination for TEM 
  • PMO Engagement
    • New Carrier Order Concierge
    • Contract / Amendment Processing with Legal and Global Procurement
    • Vendor Coordination on Service Delivery
    • TEM support on new and existing services
    • PO administration

• Have strong interpersonal skills, a polished meeting/facilitator presence, excellent written communications, superior documentation skills, and will come from a solid technical background in both the design/build and operational aspects of telecommunications, data networking, contact center, CRM, and IT infrastructure.

• Establish and follow policies and procedures for vendor administration and footprint maintenance
• Establish and follow best practices for enterprise monitoring, and carrier capacity /utilization management.


Given the goals for this position, candidates must have:
• Proven strong customer/peer relations proficiency.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, time management, judgment and decision-making skills.

  • Strong understanding of Carrier Services alignment to business requirements.
  • 5+ years in a large multi site environment and global operations.

•    5+ years of experience in at least 7 of the following:

  • Hosted/Cloud Service Delivery (GCP, AWS, Azure)
  • Global Data and Voice Networking
  • Vendor negotiation/Contracts administration/Service Delivery
  • Telecom Expense Management (TEM)
  • Experience working with DC Collocation providers (Equinex)
  • Telco Cable plants
  • Circuit path design
  • Carrier global fiber routes

Basic Qualifications/Attributes:

  • Capable of understanding the strategic direction of the company. Understands business drivers and strategy.
  • Demonstrates strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Exhibits confidence and credibility during presentations.
  • Thrives in fast changing competitive environment.
  • Self-driven and be able to work with minimal supervision
  • Global/International Experience with vendors
  • Deep Financial acumen and analytical skills
  • Business/IT Operations a plus
