The Compliance ICA provides leadership, guidance, and assistance to peer employees. They support their team by working queues, addressing teammate questions, resolving escalations, conducting quality reviews, and providing teammates with clear constructive feedback. They also lead team learning sessions, and assist in other assigned projects, such as product testing or feedback.  Use your extensive business area knowledge to help teammates review, research, and execute actions on customer accounts.

* Keep up to date on PayPal product, policies, and procedures.

* Assist management in special projects, reports, training and/or briefings regarding regulatory compliance.

* Present (oral or written) on the background of applicable laws and regulations, potential impact to PayPal (including resource evaluation, affected groups, retention and other requirements) and recommendations for implementation and future monitoring.

* Analyze data for evidence of deficiencies in controls or lack of compliance with laws, government regulations, and management policies and procedures and assist with correcting such deficiencies.

* Assist management and Compliance Supervisors with the implementation of procedures that address newly enacted regulations or procedural modifications resulting from changes in regulations.

* Interact with PayPal personnel or customers (both written and verbally) in a professional manner.

* Assist in the development and implementation of the compliance manuals and procedures.

* Provide leadership, guidance and assistance to peer employees by answering questions, providing feedback on Compliance issues, and supporting all areas of Financial Operations as needed.

* Process queue items and compliance related escalations in a timely manner.

* Identify and implement reports to review PayPal accounts and transactions for potential violations.

Skills / Eligibility Criterion

1. Should be part of India domestic process.  

2. Should be “Meets” and above in H1’16 QIP  rating (as applicable). 

3. No Conversation Memo / Performance Improvement Plan / Warning letter received in last 12 months or tenurity(whichever is lesser)
