This role will take a key responsibility in driving Seller Risk Service operating rhythms and artifacts to enable better communications and engagement up down and across functions & teams(including external partners).

  • Overall planning and coordination of SRS internal and external operating rhythm, including but not limited to SRS leadership offsite agenda, monthly SRS update etc
  • Drive CET level operating rhythm on behalf of SRS organization, including cross-functional collaboration for executive presentation
  • Work directly with SRS Vice President for key communication/presentation preparation
  • Responsible for SRS Organization(Non Operation part) Workforce Management and Planning
