PayPal’s Real Estate and Facilities (RE&F) team is seeking a CAFM Administrator / Manager who will be responsible for the day to day administration of our CAFM / Serraview and Space Planning activities (58 office locations, approx. 23,000 housed HC).

  • Space Planning and Management
  • Ensure space utilization standards are being met
  • Maintain current occupancy and space data in FM systems
  • Provide necessary space data for benchmarking exercises
  • Maintain CAD/CAFM/FM systems and standards for data, maintenance and operating procedures for CAFM
  • AutoCAD space and occupancy reports from CAFM data
  • Manipulation and integration of CAD files in other graphic exchange formats
  • Employee data and space management
  • Maintain Database information
  • Manage technical library of drawings
  • Update and utilize data between all systems (i.e. service now, FM, CAFM etc.)

Preferred qualifications:

  • Competence with Excel
  • Data Manipulation (i.e. VLookup, pivot tables, etc)
  • Utilizing and incorporating CAFM data
  • Competence with Powerpoint
  • Presentation of drawings and space utilization data
  • Familiarity working with various databases
  • Proficiency in all MS Office software and MS Project
  • Experience in the use of work order systems (ServiceNow or similar)
  • Ability to work with all cultures and levels of Management
  • Time Management to align with Global time zones, deliverables, and expectations
     

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in architecture, facility management, computer-aided design, engineering, information technology, or related field required
  • AutoCAD and CAFM expertise
  • Must possess exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Must be very detail oriented and exceptionally organized
  • Must be a self-starter
