We are looking for an SME to join our EMEA IT leadership team to drive operational improvements through data analysis. This role will be working with a Global team responsible for internal IT service delivery. This role requires a technical understanding and a thorough understanding of ITIL structures.
This role will work with our team of managers to map trends to guide development, improvements and automations. They will also be responsible for creating visual representations of their work for Leadership.
Fluent English is essential
In depth knowledge of ticket data reporting (Service Now, Remedy, Salesforce etc)
Excellent analytical skills, must be able to analyse large amounts of data quickly
Knowledge of Power BI and ability to report from, and build out reports
Ability to break down and analyse ticket data, trends and make recommendations to Management
Ability to create presentations and reports to visualise data trends
Advanced excel skills required.
Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors
Providing operational support such as liaising with stakeholders and tracking timelines
Analyse, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce reports for management and stakeholders
Have experience with process and service improvements, both defining and delivering outcomes
