Job Description Summary Responsibilities • Effectively coordinates and communications with Group Leaders regarding Market/Segment performance, documentation follow up and various report analyses as directed by Leadership team. • Proactively provides insights that enable Group Leaders and above to drive for results in achieving/exceeding KPIs for their respective Market/Segment. • Understands current and possible future trends and reviews gaps/opportunities affecting Market/Segment and/or the customer experience. Provides support and insights on how to narrow gaps and how to leverage across sites/Functions if applicable. • Engages with the Operations Support management team to correctly gather reporting requirements and propose solutions to ensure that the appropriate quantifiable variables are captured to help solve business issues. • Provides support for visual management of business performance. • Continue to evaluate existing business KPIs and other business performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement • Manage and communicate on seat capacity planning for all Operation teams on site in Bangalore. • Examples of reporting and support needs below but subject to change: • 20%-30% project support, including but not limited to research, evaluation and analysis of various operations related items of intermediate complexity • Overall Performance Scorecards (Weekly/Monthly, Insights) • Overall GCS-AM Tweet • Analyze Customer data to identify outliers/trends and communicate progress against Targets: •Service Levels •ASA •NPS/CES/KDI •RcR •Transfers • Analyze Productivity data to identify outliers/trends and communicate progress against Targets: •Contact Volume/Rates •Availability/P2P/Adherence •Absenteeism •AHT (ACW/Hold/Talk) •OT Take Rates/VTO & Training Hours • Global Social Media & ICA Reporting not supported by GL/TL Dashboards • Lean Board Reporting Updates • Attrition • Ratios • Budget – Correction Tool tracking & analysis; Sharing regular insights with Group leaders • Budget Tracker Support • HR Kronos and OT report audit follow up • Analyze short calls List each month and share findings • Segment Level Adhoc support/Half/EOY Calibration reporting/ranking support

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years related experience in business trend analysis, reporting, and problem solving.
  • Proven ability to report, analyse, evaluate, and make recommendations from data
  • Strengthen and maintain professional working relationships
  • Self-direct your work, while taking direction, as needed, from more experienced professionals and/or leadership.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills necessary to complete assignments of intermediate complexity
  • Execute multiple projects while under pressure
  • Well-developed sense of urgency and follow through
  • Unwavering attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
