Business Operations Manager for Credit Product and Technology

We are looking for an engaging, collaborative, and cross-functional leader for our business operations team.

On our team, the Business Operations Manager enables decisions through ownership of dynamic cadences, regular updates on $80M of resources and the workforce strategy, and tailored products for business leaders and expert teams.

To do this, you will partner with customers and stakeholders—up and down the chain—to deeply understand their needs.

Then, build prioritized plans of action based on multiple and complex data sources, while delivering creative solutions using tools including Workday, FieldGlass, SAP, Excel, Tableau, etc.

Have 5+ years’ experience in a Business Operations role dealing with budgets in excess of $80 million dollars.

We're looking for someone that is keen on flexibility, but is also able to strategize key priorities and pivot nimbly to complete tasks. You bring clarity and resolution throughout company evolution. 

You love to improve continuously, to use your excellent interpersonal skills to engage partners and vendors for maximum team impact, and to craft amazing experiences.
