Responsibilities

  • Design and interpret key performance metrics for Sales and Customer Success Revenue Measurement
  • Manage Sales Territory Distribution and Define Sales Operations Processes
  • Deliver insights & recommendations for scale
  • Development and execution of GTM compensation plans
  • Assist in developing and delivering presentations for senior executives
  • Troubleshoot operational issues as they surface; propose changes to systems / processes to fix root causes
  • Prepare analysis and recommendations for strategic decision making
  • Own Salesforce.com Shopping Environment and offer operational support such as, but not limited to, system maintenance, user and security management, configuration and customization and coordination and escalation with Global Sales Operation Teams
  • Work with Finance Teams to Support Accuracy of Billing

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Sales/Revenue Operations Experience
  • 5+ years of experience and in-depth knowledge on Salesforce administration related to user management, workflows, security and roles, standard objects, reports and dashboards and customization
  • Proven track record of closing deals worth $100k+ in revenue with exceptional record of meeting and exceeding quota in enterprise sales
  • Display an understanding of the offers/incentives marketing space, especially as it pertains to the retail and e-commerce industry
  • Exceptional problem solving skills: demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, develop solutions
  • A stable track record of success working for fast-growing software companies
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey issues clearly, and concisely
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and demands in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Self-starter and high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand
  • BA/BS degree from an accredited university
