A dynamic and energetic individual with a strong technology and financial management background to help implement and operationalize a solution designed to position executives with the knowledge to manage and communicate the cost, quality, and value of TPX Services. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision and the drive to make that vision a reality. This role involves close collaboration with TPX and Finance professionals at all levels within the organization. Support business and financial reporting using the various systems, inclusive of Service-Now, SAP and other financial systems.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Translate executive vision into technical requirements and subsequent deliverables.
  • Gather functional and business requirements and rapidly translate that information into a working set of operational and financial models, dashboards, and management reports.
  • Collaborate with TPX Executives and Finance on TPX Total Cost of Ownership, operational and financial metrics, and cost transparency initiatives.
  • Support management of TPX operation budget by balancing risks, opportunities and investments
  • Lead the development of multi-year financial plans that are aligned with overall enterprise financial metrics
  • Financial modeling / Business Case Development
  • Lead financial model portion of TPX Show-back tool; review monthly fluctuations, cost center mappings to services and other financial analysis
  • Import, transform, and rationalize data from systems of record such as General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Clarity, Service Now, Centralized Application Repository, Asset Manager, etc.
