The Business Operations Team for Credit Product and Technology is the connective fabric which enables strategic decision making from operational excellence. The team partners with technology and product leaders to understand the customer deeply. We act on this understanding to anticipate budget and workforce requirements, build cadences for investment planning and refinements, and drive program execution. We lean forward, are comfortable with ambiguity and stretching, and manage change throughout the organization.

From day 1, our new business operations teammate will:
1. Work with Business Operations Manager to assist with managing financial budgets (~$75M), head count (~300), vendors (~100) and space planning (4 locations) for Credit Product and Technology organization
2. Own employee engagement
a. Deploy innovative methods to increase employee engagement
b. Coordinate recurring organizational sessions – [pre-show, show and post show]
3. Be ready and excited to pivot nimbly

Profile requirements:

-Customer champion

-Organized, detail oriented, bias towards action, problem solving

-Enthusiastic, inquisitive, creative, pleasing, collaborative personality with great inter-personal skills, excellent communicator

-Computer experience needed – Internet, Email (Outlook), Messaging (Slack/Skype/Text), Presentations (Power point), Analytical/data tools (Power BI/Excel), Web pages, Surveymonkey, Willingness to learn new online game/polling tools

-Educational background in Finance, Business management, Operations or similar fields
