The Senior Manager of Business Development acts as manager of the most strategically important partners in Brazil. This particular position is responsible for managing all aspects of new and actual relationship partners through these strategic alliances as well as bringing business to maturity and finding new opportunities within the same partners.

The position of Business Development Manager (BD) is a critical component of the development of PayPal's Business Development organization.


The main responsibilities for these positions will be:

  • Lead a multi-skill team;
  • Planning and execution for strategic go to market for key segments;
  • Lead and guarantee the execution of end-to-end business development;
  • Develop a pro-active agenda with partners, being responsible for business governance and leading new implementations.

This role will require close coordination with a wide range of PayPal teams, including: Sales, Marketing, Product, Integration, Legal, Compliance, Risk and Operations.

The BD manager will need to engage at very senior levels with partners and guide executives internally and externally through partnership vision and tactical execution to leverage and develop collaborative relationships with partners to drive broad adoption and acquisition of PayPal.
