The Business Development Analyst is responsible for up-selling products and developing promotions to develop new Merchant Service business within our target Merchants pool in Brazil. In this effort and in conjunction with Integration, Marketing, Product and Customer Service teams, the Business Development Analyst will be responsible for orchestrating efforts to drive growth in volume (TPV) and market share (SOC) while ensuring unparalleled service levels.

Through open and collaborative engagements, the Business Development Analyst will focus on building and maintaining successful long-term relationships with our Merchants.

Responsibilities:

  • Mapping the Market in Brazil to define strategies for commercial actions, in order to develop all the Products for our company;
  • Identify the commercial market opportunities, prospect and follow up on the merchants in order to develop and monitor the merchant’s portfolio;      
  • Position the products and services and advise merchants on specific compliance rules and support their technical needs;
  • Participate in commercial events and develop a professional network within her/his commercial area;
  • Receive, qualify and prioritize merchants requests based on their strategic importance;                                  
  • Perform commercial visits;
  • Produce the visit reports for every visit performed;
  • Reach out and contact prospected merchants for business development;
  • Closely follow up the portfolio managed, maintaining a good relationship with the clients through regular visits and phone calls;                
  • Plan and conduct commercial visit according to the commercial action plan and produce visit report along and further follow-up;   
  • Participate in establishing the Commercial action plan;      
  • Follow up clients feedback.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree (B.S./B.A) required;
  • Intermediary Microsoft Office + Advanced Excel
  • English (Advanced);
  • Previous track record within Sales or Commercial areas;
