The Global KPI Solution Architect is responsible for UI/UX design, development, deployment, and ongoing support of a suite of best-in-class dashboard solutions across the Global Credit business including Consumer, PPWC, and PPBL product portfolios.

Reporting solutions will cover domains such as but not be limited to:

• Global L0/L1 Credit Risk KPIs
• Risk Appetite Reporting
• Demand and Portfolio Growth
• Portfolio Asset Quality
• Delinquency
• Charge Off and Losses

The Global KPI Solution Architect is responsible for UI/UX design, development, deployment, and ongoing support of a suite of best-in-class dashboard solutions across the Global Credit business including Consumer, PPWC, and PPBL product portfolios.

A qualified candidate must possess a strong technical background and proven leadership skills. Responsibilities will include data mining and analysis, testing, building out front end UI and, ensuring seamless integration of new solutions into the infrastructure, and influencing best practices while providing support to a diverse set of internal BI consumers.



Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Strong hands on experience designing and building dashboards, visualization, and analytics using Tableau Desktop and Server
  • Applies analytic techniques and creativity in order to provide stakeholders with crucial strategic information
  • Advanced ETL / Data modeling and Visualization skills
  • Expert experience in determining the BI needs, gathering and interpreting business requirements and translating them into insightful reporting solutions
  • Experience designing solutions with large data volumes and complex data models from multiple sources
  • Experience in end-to-end implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) projects, especially in scorecards, KPIs, reports & dashboards
  • Experience with connecting to and sourcing data from multiple disparate data sources including Teradata, Oracle, SQL, Hadoop and others. Familiarity with using SQL Assistant for Teradata
  • Demonstrates good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with internal clients and business partners of all levels including Senior Management.
  • Ability to manage and maintain trust based relationships with internal business partners
  • Pays attention to details, and performs with a strong sense of responsibility and is comfortable in a dynamic environment

Education

BA/ BS in related subject.
