As an Associate Policy Analyst, your responsibilities include:

  • Provide improvement recommendations to management following rigorous on-going monitoring exercises across the BRM program.
  • Create and amend policies, strategies, and processes to support investigators and merchant services which enable business growth while ensuring alignment with reputational, legal and processor risk appetite.
  • Support management in driving an effective AUP compliance program through research, policy analysis and policy development.
  • Support the day-to-day policy needs of BRM Investigations by providing guidance and addressing questions, including prompt attention to escalations and consultation with management in appropriate cases.
  • Conduct efficient fact-finding exercises to establish appropriate course of action regarding card network non-compliance notifications (BRAM/GBPP).
  • Act as primary point of contact for GFCC Analytics to assess the effectiveness of detection rules
