Anti-phishing manager PayPal is looking for an experienced Anti-Phishing manager to join PayPal’s Anti Phishing group. The Anti-Phishing manager will be responsible for leading a team of passionate individuals, who work everyday to protect our brand from the growing threat of e-mail abuse. A successful candidate will have a proven track record in designing and enhancing anti-phishing programs at scale. Job description:

  • Enhance PayPal’s Anti-Phishing Threat Defense Program
  • Design alerts and playbooks to automate our response to phishing attacks
  • Perform a compressive analysis of spam messages to identify spam elements
  • Monitor message campaigns to identify high-risk customer impact
  • Support PayPal’s global Cyber Defense Centers
  • Lead after action meetings to identify areas for improvements
  • Recommend security improvements based on current trends

Requirements

  • 5-7 prior experience in cybersecurity, including 3-5 years of managerial experience
  • Hands on experience in designing and deploying anti-phishing programs
  • Demonstrated passion for email messages abuse
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
