Job Description Summary

To support this mission, PayPal is seeking strategic research professionals to drive the Global Market Research & Insights team with business impact. Global Market Research team is accountable for guiding the Leadership & Stakeholders with actionable insights derived from Consumers and Merchants in Americas, EMEA and APAC across PayPal platforms.
This position will drive a wide variety of consumer, merchant, and global research across the organization. Responsibilities include partnering with internal business partners to identify, prioritize, design, execute and communicate insights from proprietary and syndicated studies.

Highly analytical and structured critical thinker to global business problems, platforms and ecosystems that have nuanced and complex considerations Ability to thrive and grow in a fast-paced, complex and matrixed organization with strong stakeholder outreach with insights delivery and persuasion Demonstrated business experience to formulate and deliver insights that drove substantial business results Ability to quickly grasp and uncover a cohesive story of business recommendations. Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills including presentations to Senior Leadership teams.  2-3 years of insights experience at corporate/business side with progression to greater responsibilities MA, MBA, in business, marketing, psychology or related field; Experienced or Passionate about role of technology, financial services and payments in consumers’ lives across the globe.
