The Corporate FP&A Analyst will be responsible for providing financial support to all parts of the Corporate FP&A team, including financial models, presentations, and other special projects. The Corp FP&A Analyst will develop and maintain an effective financial planning, reporting, and analysis process. This is a high impact, high visibility position with exposure to PayPal’s senior leadership team and senior finance leadership team.

  • Identify and drive business process & systems improvements
  • Streamline reporting processes by working with other members of the FP&A team to develop standardized reporting packages
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and financial modeling for specific requests and questions raised by the leadership team
  • Analyze daily/weekly/monthly trends across regions and products and communicate risks and opportunities to the overall PayPal portfolio
  • Build reports to monitor performance across the different areas of the business

Job requirements:

  • World-class analytics and problem-solving capabilities required
  • A passion for problem-solving, comfort with ambiguity, and creativity
  • High energy, strong work ethic, willingness to do “whatever it takes” to get results
  • Team player attitude, versatile ,and flexible
  • Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, Essbase and SAP BPC are a plus
  • 1+ years in FP&A or related finance functions
