PayPal Credit is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support 3 Senior Directors and their teams in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

  • Manage and maintain three Senior Directors’ calendars and events.
  • Establish, schedule and support the team’s management operating routines including staff meetings, off sites and events.
  • Prepare PowerPoint, Excel and other materials for meetings and presentations.
  • Make frequent travel arrangements expeditiously and accurately.
  • Manage monthly expense reporting through Concur Solutions.
  • Anticipate needs and take initiative to solve problems independently.
  • Liaise and collaborate with internal staff at all levels, from new-hires to executives to fellow administrative assistants.
  • Resolve time sensitive issues with a high degree of precision and exhibit strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have a working knowledge of ongoing projects to help prioritize meetings and workflow.  
  • Help leaders monitor and track progress of their team’s key initiatives.  
  • Identify opportunities to make the team more efficient.
  • Follow up on action items on behalf of leaders.
  • Handle special projects as they arise.
