This Acquisition Marketing Manager will own our acquisition strategy and be responsible for developing / optimizing programs to engage prospects through the buying cycle - ultimately driving PayPal adoption amongst midsize merchants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead E2E planning and execution of acquisition programs, including strategy, launch, analysis, reporting and optimization.
  • Partner with Digital COE teams to optimize and enhance digital marketing programs to drive awareness and consideration.  Programs include paid search, display, retargeting and content syndication.
  • Develop sales enablement tools and assets to help our Telesales organization drive conversion.  Evolve assets based upon best practices.
  • Implement lead tracking program to progressively profile prospects and inform engagement.  
  • Implement multi-channel lead nurture program to engage prospects with relevant content throughout the buying cycle.
  • Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams including Telesales, Small Business, Large Enterprise, Braintree, PR, social, web, product and external partners.
  • Advocate, educate and influence stakeholders about your Mid-Market portfolio; share best practices, identify synergies and highlight emerging opportunities.
  • Oversee budget development, management and tracking for all programs.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts and service providers.
  • Partner with analytics teams to evolve marketing dashboards, analyze program performance and identify optimization opportunities.

  • MBA preferred or Bachelor degree in Marketing, communications, economics, or other business-related discipline.
