We are looking for an inquisitive and driven professional to join PayPal’s Small Business segment team, focused on North America Acquisition Strategy. The team is responsible for driving new revenue to the business in one of the largest core markets for PYPL. The team is visible within the organization and tasked to build new strategies and execute on key priorities that have global reach. Location: New York, NY, San Francisco or San Jose, CA

  • Track record delivering tangible results i.e. direct response marketing, scaling programs, delivering new value to a business.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking, with a demonstrated ability to synthesize multiple sources of information (quantitative and qualitative) to observe trends and solve complex problems in a structured, data-driven way.
  • End-to-end project management and launch of complex, multi-faceted projects (e.g., sizing, deliverables, influencing, reporting).
  • Appetite to learn and comfort with uncertainty. Ability to get alignment across matrixed organizations and influence decisions in times of transition.
  • Experience working with range of external and internal partners to execute i.e. creative agencies, vendors, procurement, analytics, finance, product and content teams.
  • Superior organization and communications skills with a self-starter personality.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, product, strategy roles; 2-3 years in an acquisition focused position. Experience in B2B, payments, Fintech are all preferred qualifications.
