The Accounting Specialist collaborates with various partners to ensure that service providers, merchants and contractors – onshore or offshore - are paid within agreed time frame. It is part of the role to guarantee that expenses are properly accounted for and results are accurate. The participation during accounting month-end processes is required preparing reconciliation, Intercompany analyses and flux analyses.
The ideal candidate will have a strong drive towards excellence, is results driven and able to think and act both analytically and strategically.

  • Handle end to end accounts payable, ensuring service providers, merchants and contractors    are dully paid in accordance to Finance and Treasury policies – including, taxes, Payroll, employee related expenses etc
  • Ensure FAP – Financial Authority Policy is followed
  • Review Expense Reports in accordance to T&E and GEM policies
  • Foreign Exchange Agreements review for offshore payments
  • Prepare cash flow and cash projections
  • Accrue for monthly expenses if needed
  • Monitor corporate credit card activities
  • Assist Finance team with formal agreements submission in internal system – CRF
  • Handle administrative paperwork such as vendor registration in Accounts Payable system,         verify tax certificates, tax forms, bank letter etc
  • Coordinate Intercompany settlement of payables and receivables, including ESPP tracking and remittance
  • Prepare reconciliations
