 Execute outstanding portfolio management in terms of YOY growth, risk/loss control and upsell
 Working with merchants to expand or include the products and feature sets that are most applicable to their business model, industry, selling behaviors, and particular situation, as well as other elements of relationship management
 Work with internal and external key stakeholders from daily based execution alignment to new initiatives to drive business improvement, process optimization
 Work directly with merchants on the phone or via email to address and resolve merchant questions, concerns and issues. Research and problem solving in order to resolve merchant questions, concerns and issues
 Strategic program support such as large merchant on-boarding support
 Industry and product related continual learning

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience and knowledge on both e-commerce and marketplace merchant portfolio management
  • Ability on problem solving and program management while demonstrating a strong sense of urgency/risk/opportunity by taking proactive action to prevent loss or enable the business
  • Strong capability on business communication and influencing
  • Professionalism on self-management, result driven, conflict management and collaboration
  • Strong English writing and speaking skills
